Abstract:
You ordered pizzas by phone for home delivery. Despite its simplicity, miscommunication can occur. Phone operators must repeat a lot of information to customers because there is no visual menu. It takes time and annoys customers.
It also consumes the pizzeria staff’s time. Online pizza ordering is more convenient for customers. Users can choose and pay for pizzas easily. Customers will spend less time buying. This system has another advantage. I order at a pizzeria.
I have to wait 15 minutes for my pizza order from their outlet. Would not it be easier if I ordered my pizzas online or with a mobile app and it told me when to pick them up? I would not have to wait for pizza. I will go when my pizza’s ready. In summary, internet integration improves customer service. It gives you a competitive edge in business.
