Abstract:
State governments have many duties. State governments conduct many transactions for state-wide operations. New projects, repair and maintenance, contracting, government employee pay, farmer schemes, and more.
The top government struggles with low-level corruption that is hard to track and slows progress. The system makes tracking it difficult. We propose a smart system to track state government funds through the government process. We use blockchain technology to secure and verify transactions as funds move forward.
This maintains a clear record with need-to-know transactional data access. The system uses encryption to secure transactional data and hashes to maintain a chain of transactions that is verified by every node to verify the transaction and save the data in a transparent form within the government. A foolproof, secure, and authentic fund allocation and tracking system helps create an incorruptible government process.
