Abstract:
Natural language processing and text analysis are used in sentiment analysis (opinion mining) to identify and extract subjective information from source sources.
Sentiment analysis assesses a speaker’s or writer’s opinion on a topic or a document’s context. This method breaks user comments for emotive terms and predicts sentiment.
Once keywords are determined, comments are sentiment-ranked. This technology analyzes documents to assess user sentiment.
