Abstract:
Most consumers want product reviews before buying. The website has many reviews, but users can’t tell which are real. In certain review websites, product firm employees write favorable reviews to create false positives.
They rate many of their own items highly. User can’t tell if review is real. The “Fake Product Review Monitoring and Removal for Genuine Online Product Reviews Using Opinion Mining” method detects fraudulent website reviews.
This method will recognize IP addresses and review posting trends to identify phony product reviews. User logs in using user ID and password, views products, and reviews them.
The system will check the user’s IP address to see if the review is phony. If the same IP address sends fake reviews multiple times, the system will notify the admin to remove them. This system mines data. This technique helps users find accurate product reviews.
