Abstract:
The “Institute Automation System” software project organizes and automates staff and student attendance, sends SMS reminders to college staff, students, and parents, and calculates payroll. Useful for student IT projects and institute automation.
The software tracks staff and student attendance. Systems can send important SMS notifications to college members or parents. It produces barcode IDs for staff and students to use on barcode readers to mark attendance.
VB.NET enables controlled code execution under the Common Language Runtime (CLR), making the program robust, stable, and secure. SQL Server 2005 is the backend. Enterprise Manager, Query Analyzer, SQL Profiler, Service Manager, Data Transformation Service, and Book Online are the most used MS SQL SERVER 2005 utilities.
The system will benefit colleges and organizations by automating attendance and payroll.
