Abstract:
Many medical reports are essential to hospital operations. Hospitals now integrate pathology and other test labs for fast reports and more business. Hospital operations involve patient intake, management, and expense management.
Adding pathology and pharmacy management services complicates operations and makes tracking difficult. Through Hyperledger, we leverage blockchain technology to track every transaction with 100% authenticity.
We employ blockchain technology to manage all patient medical reports and transaction information to show how this makes system administration safe, efficient, and secure. Cryptographic blocks are used to authenticate transactions across a network of computers rather than a central server.
We also utilize hyperledger to record all medical documents related with each transaction with a datestamp. This verifies each report’s legitimacy and detects any changes. Thus, we present a blockchain-based medical report management system that is secure, efficient, and authentic.
