Abstract:
Student data in the cloud Chatbots analyze student messages and queries. This system uses AI to answer student questions. The responses match the user’s questions. If the user’s answer is invalid, he can click the invalid answer button to tell the admin.
Admin can login to portal to view invalid. The system lets admin delete faulty answers or add customized answers to equivalent questions. The Chatbot system uses the cloud database to answer student questions.
The Chatbot retrieves database replies using a keyword. No format exists for students to ask Chatbot questions. Students can ask about college activities through the system. This system’s graphical user interface makes it seem like a real person is chatting to the student. The system answers student questions and updates them on campus activities.
