Abstract:
Physical copies of most Indian government documents are available nationwide. When a resident has to share a document with an agency for a service, an attested digital or physical copy is shared.
Document hard copies require human verification, paper storage, manual audits, and more, which is costly and inconvenient.
This makes it difficult for agencies to validate these documents, opening the door to false ones. No significant identity is tied to these documents, therefore anyone can misuse them. Residents gain digital empowerment with this locker system.
Reduces physical document utilization. System improves e-document authenticity and removes fakes. This system secures papers. It minimizes government administrative costs and simplifies service delivery for residents. Multiple users can access documents anytime, anywhere.
