Abstract:
We often need to track a PC/Laptop. Security concerns and corporations’ desire to track PC/laptop locations to determine online clients’ geological locations cause this. IP tracking provides this info. Internet providers issue location-based IP addresses. Our systems must reverse engineer this data to find the terminal’s city.
We record terminal IP addresses with a live Windows application. We reverse search those IP addresses to city coordinates. This lets a corporation map its target clients. Checking the geographic dispersion of their software/product in different cities helps organizations make smarter marketing decisions.
We suggest a method that gets a PC’s IP address and tracks it on Google Maps. The system will extract PC/laptop IP addresses and reverse engineer city locations. To graphically plot these city locations, a google map is used.
This powerful and effective PC/laptop tracking system for companies and cyber crime allows rapid ip retrieval and reverse ip looking to plot the PC address on a google map. Dotnet framework and sql backend enable this feature.
