Abstract:
The main idea is to implement an online system for managing internet customers and a complaint system for customers to complain about ISP issues and provide the best customer care for users using this application. A country has many internet security providers that offer different packages. ISPs operate via dial-up, broadband, and wireless connections.
Admin manages the system by adding/viewing/editing/deleting employee details. Admin can add customer details and predict internet plans by business type, region, or age. If each customer’s internet plan expires in 5 days, admin will see it. The admin and employee will see all complaint details to resolve them.
Admin-provided ID and password allow employee login. Employees can view unresolved customer complaints after logging in. Employees can update and close complaints after resolving them. Customer will receive resolution email after complaint is closed. Customer can view resolution and rate after receiving mail. Employees can submit complaint resolution reports to admin. Pie chart report.
