Abstract:
Net banking, digital wallets, and online payment systems have quietly transformed financial transactions.
Deposit and withdrawal lines are no longer long.
The Bank Beacon App aims to further digitize banking. This app lets you make deposits and withdrawals, schedule manager appointments, find nearby branches, and learn about banking procedures. This app can also inform customers about the bank’s programs.
In this system, users can fill out a form and get a response from the system on how to proceed, avoiding long lines and wrong desks. The app will notify users of upcoming bank offers and sales. Users can receive bank notices and offers. The project uses Google Maps to get directions to the bank, and the bank saves its branch locations in-app for directions. Beacons locate and inform users about bank services. It also checks if the user is in the bank or nearby.
