Abstract:
Voting allows a group to pool their opinions and reach a consensus. Votes can have far-reaching implications, thus it’s crucial to ensure integrity by preventing fraud and cheating. Fair and just voting is essential.
The Electronic Voting System was created to prevent tampering and improve voting system reliability. This system has two parts: Admin and Voter.
Voters can check forthcoming elections and candidates after logging in with their valid account and password. Post-election results are also available. The technology also displays users’ past elections.
The admin can view candidates, voters, and elections on the other side of the app. This solution uses blockchain to store data, making it reliable and easy to scan for tampering and misconduct.
This method gives the admin total control over elections, candidates, and voters. Votes are visible to admin. Admin can also validate the block by checking for altered votes. Voters can watch elections and vote, but they cannot see the winning percentage or votes. Every vote is recorded in a Blockchain block, safeguarding its identity.
