Abstract:
Although there are many forecasting models for tourism sales, data mining techniques are the best. Data mining is the process of filtering large amounts of data in databases to find new patterns, correlations, and rules.
To determine how often a user prefers a package, the orders table is scanned. The orders table is counted to determine user preferences. Second, sentiment analysis scans user comments for positive or negative words. Scoring follows. Ratings are calculated by adding scores. The orders and comments tables are used to predict tourism sales.
