Abstract:

Hospital-customer trust must be built. Many health care providers want good customer interactions. Thus, we suggest a health care CRM system. A healthcare CRM helps healthcare firms manage public relations to attract new and repeat patients.

It could be sending checkup appointment reminders. Health care sectors can efficiently use client data with the CRM system. This CRM coordinates multiple healthcare delivery methods. User registers with personal information and receives user ID and password.

Users can log in with their ID and password. User can access and change personal information. User can choose healthcare details. This system records in-patient and out-patient data. This module will display patient and out-patient details in an effective graphical user interface and incorporate other technological components.

This technology will help several health care sectors retain consumer relations. This system controls hospital present and future consumers. Hospitals will track present and future customers. The hospital administrator cannot manually record all patients. CRM helps track customer appointments. Sick, injured, or needing a dentist or healthcare provider patients can find one themselves.
