Abstract:

Each quarter, employees and delivery managers must create intranet performance appraisal forms. Appraisal has a hierarchy. For approval, the department head receives the two forms. Unit HR receives them. Employee appraisal forms must be resubmitted if Unit HR rejects them.

Otherwise, the delivery manager re-evaluates the form. Delivery Managers evaluate employees. The delivery manager must be appraised similarly. Department heads will evaluate delivery managers.

Employee reports must be sent to HR. Employee performance is assessed annually. The database contains all employee and delivery manager information. Employees, delivery managers, and HR will receive reports.
