Abstract:
HR professionals choose a company’s top talent. To choose an expert for a position, HR must play several roles. Human resources first shortlists resumes of applicants for a job. HR systems’ applicant selection and ranking involve high uncertainty.
Occupation domain experts’ opinions and preferences in decision-making vary. Thus, this system will allow HR departments to determine the most important requirement criteria (experience, skills, etc.) for a given job based on domain experts’ preferences while ensuring that the experts’ decisions are unbiased and correctly weighted according to their knowledge and experience.
This will help shortlist candidate CVs from a large number of applicants using a consistent and fair CV ranking policy that can be legally justified. System ranks job-specific experience and skills.
The system will rank CVs by experience and other key skills needed for the job. This system will help HR quickly shortlist candidates based on CV ranking.
This system will consider qualifications, experience, and other job-specific factors. This system will help the HR department choose the right candidate for each job profile, resulting in an expert workforce.
