Abstract:
Maintaining correct and foolproof medical records and invoices is crucial. To streamline the insurance claim process, these documents must be reproduced. Traditional record keeping is inefficient and prone to data leakage. Developed with Asp.Net This Blockchain-based Patient Data Management System eliminates medical bill and insurance claim fraud and manipulation.
Hospital Department, Medical Department, and Insurance Company comprise this system. The Hospital Department must add and construct the patient’s ID. After creating the patient ID, the hospital’s medical staff can add bills.
The insurance company can look for patients by ID and reclaim any medical department expenditures. The insurance company might compare patient bills to hospital bills after recovering them.
This system stores patient data, largely financial. Bills are hard to understand and track for users. Since hospital and insurance scams are common after settlement. Blockchain technology eliminates data manipulation and tampering. The insurance company can access the bills added by the company and add bills that the patient must cross-check for hospital manipulation.
