Abstract:

Automated teacher evaluation systems can assess teachers based on administrative questions and allow students to provide comments. Faculty and students can be added or deleted by admin. Admin can add faculty performance questions.

Admin rates professors based on question list and performance. Faculty can see student, co-teacher, and admin ratings. Faculty can see student comments and feedback.

Faculty can rate co-teachers using administrative questions. Performance evaluation is essential for excellent teaching. Teaching performance evaluation traditionally informs instructors of their performance. Performance is a set of results produced over time, not the performer’s attributes, personal characteristics, or competencies.

Faculty evaluation is commonly considered the best way to improve college learning. Timely and reliable information aids decision-making at almost every level. Problems are detected when information shows decision makers can control performance.
