Abstract:
Retail management helps customers find what they need quickly and easily. E-shopping or e-cart systems are popular because adding to a cart is easier than carrying one. Thus, many retailers are adopting customer-friendly practices. Customer carts will be virtual with this android app.
This app lets customers scan and add items to their carts. After adding all the items to the cart, the customer must go to the payment counter, where the counterperson will scan the QR code from the customer’s app and complete the payment and checkout.
Before paying, customers can add/remove items. This android-based retail management app saves customers time and reduces cart carrying, making it user-friendly.
This system lets users scan items from their apps and pick them up at the counter. Admin controls all counters and products. Admin can update product inventory and view sales reports. Filter-based bar charts display the sales report.
If the user hasn’t paid, the counterperson can scan the QR code in his app to check his basket and pay. The user can scan all products and add them to his basket, where he can quickly decide whether to checkout or remove/add items. The user can pay by app or cash at the counter.
