Abstract:

The aforementioned software system is a cutting-edge solution designed for the purpose of recording and archiving voice calls, as well as keeping associated call data. The system in question bears resemblance to the contact center system, as it serves the purpose of capturing and retaining diverse call-related information, in addition to the recorded audio of the call.

The primary and paramount characteristic of this system is its capability to record and save voice calls. The system has the capability to store voice calls as audio files within its database. Additionally, the system retrieves diverse call-related data to be saved in conjunction with the call within the database.

The call-related data encompasses a range of information associated with calls, including the time and date of the call, the phone numbers of the caller and receiver, and the duration of the call. The duration of a call is determined by calculating the difference between the call’s start time and finish time, and this information is then saved in the database.

The remaining parameters are likewise recorded in accordance with the specific call records. The user or administrator has the ability to access and review call records as necessary.

The administrator has the capability to retrieve call records by specifying a specific day or time of the call. Based on the query, the system obtains all calls that correspond to the query, including the associated call-related data and the recorded call for each individual call.
