Abstract:
The Grocery Shopping application is an Android-based platform that enables users to conveniently purchase and order goods using internet means. The system has been designed with a graphical user interface (GUI) that is both user-friendly and visually appealing.
The platform provides a diverse selection of groceries that may be conveniently accessed through online means. In order to access the grocery items and add them to their basket, users are need to log into the system initially.
Subsequently, customers have the option to arrange their purchase by executing a secure online transaction using a CREDIT CARD. The system functionality pertaining to products and orders is stored on the server side within a web service.
The android application is designed for utilization by clients. The system comprises of client-side scripting that facilitates the placement of orders by establishing a connection with the server-side webservice.
