Abstract:
The information age has reduced the planet by connecting people. Today, practically everyone may instantly transfer files worldwide. Today, data breaches and user information compromises are common. A secure file-sharing route is crucial. Administrators and users make up Secure File Access. The admin can upload and manage files in the database with this app. AES encrypts files, so they can only be opened with the same key. This uploads the file to the server.
The administrator controls file access. The admin must authorize the user to see or download the file. The administrator may also track file access. The software supports jpeg, word, and PDF files. The admin can upload and manage files in the database with this app.
Secure File Access is complete in this system. A user and an administrator use this project. Administrators manage people, data, reports, etc. The file is encrypted with AES and can only be downloaded with permission. Admin can grant and withdraw file access. Directory-based file structure list. The file may be in PDF, Word, jpeg, or another admin-submitted format. One can view file information after selecting it.
Such information includes filename, size, description, and encryption time. Admin sees all Checked and Downloaded files. The system graphs and lists file encryption times. The user can modify their profile and password.
