Abstract:
Current trends include decentralization and intermediaries removal. Traditional approaches are being replaced by computerized ones. Decentralization and third-party elimination are benefits of this new technology. It allows parties to send payments directly without a bank.
Our Real-Estate booking System employing Smart Contract blockchain technology could reduce third-party involvement in real estate transactions. Blockchain could make processes more efficient and transparent than centralized ones.
Our project uses Smart Contracts to book properties and secure payments. The admin establishes an account for each user and updates their wallet information in their profile in Cirrus’s core wallet. Transactions are done using the Cirrus API. This project uses Html, CSS, and JavaScript for the front-end and ASP.NET for the back-end. IDE is Visual Studio, database is MSSQL.
The admin controls real estate and user data in this system. Displays registered real estate and users. They can inspect, approve, block, and delete persons and real estate from the list. Admin can view real estate and user feedback and ratings. Cirrus core and real estate and user wallets are visible to the admin.
Registration is required to upload property details and find a suitable use for the real estate. They can read, edit, and delete property details. They can also construct, confirm, and terminate token or partial flat payment contracts. The real estate can see all user data. All prior transactions, user ratings, and feedback are visible.
Booking a property requires account registration. All available properties are posted, and users can sort by amount and location. Properties, deposits, and contract confirmations are visible to users. They can pay tokens, partial payments, balances, etc. Their transaction history is also visible.
