Abstract:
Administrators, department heads, and corporate heads often need to monitor user work. This surveillance alerts authorities to employee misconduct or prohibited office activities. Remote computer monitoring requires a high-bandwidth internet connection.
When monitoring many PCs, such a solution puts a modest demand on the network. Since the technology sends constant screen photos to intended authority, constant image transfers from several computers is unethical.
Our On Demand Remote PC monitoring technology watches a PC on authority demand. The system takes a picture of a PC when requested by admin. We utilize an email server to transfer photographs because online image transfers are hefty on the network. A snapshot of the client PC screen is sent to the server PC via email when a monitoring request is made.
This lets snapshots be viewed from anywhere, regardless of server application installation. Thus, our technology provides on-demand PC monitoring with little internet traffic usage. The system tracks and snapshots server answers using http requests. It checks if the request is for the same PC.
If it’s the same PC and authentic, the snapshot recorder captures the active screen. System sends screenshot as email attachment via email server. Email allows the server authority to receive and access snapshots from anywhere.
