Abstract:
Non-governmental organizations function independently. Many NGOs are non-profit and funded by members, private institutions, the public, etc. Transparency about how money are spent boosts donor confidence and NGO reputation. Thus, increasing their long-term reach.
Using paper-based NGO money management systems raises embezzlement and fraud risk. This Asp.Net-based NGO Management System leverages blockchain to ensure donors and organizations that funds are not misused.
The Admin, User, and NGO comprise this system. This technology lets NGOs view donations. The company can add expenses and view transaction history. The NGO can also check data for manipulation.
Meanwhile, users can donate to their preferred NGO through this mechanism. Users can view transaction history to ensure their money is used properly. Users can also check data for tampering. To protect system security, only the Admin can add NGOs. Admin can also check for data manipulation.
This system lets the admin add NGOs and track their donations and spending. The NGO can track donations and expenses. Users can also see where their donations go. Mostly all 3 can detect data tampering. All 3 will be notified if a user tampers with system data.
