Abstract:
The mobile attendance system saves schools and colleges time and effort. It also significantly lowers attendance data management paper use. The system has these modules:
This is an Android app. It lets school/college staff take student attendance on their phones.
Create Student Attendance List:
- After installing this app on a phone, users can construct a student attendance sheet including name, roll number, date, Absent/Present mark, and subject. He must enter student names and roll numbers.
- The teacher has the attendance list on his phone. He can check the list of roll numbers and select absent or present if the student is absent.
- The faculty mobile phone stores attendance data. Faculty can watch it on their phones anytime.
- Attendance sheet transfer: Faculty can upload the file to a server (regular computer) via the internet for the school or college to save and manage.
- Attendance Check: The PC operator can now check student roll no., date, time, and date to see who was present and absent.
