Abstract:

With the rise of e-commerce and mobile payments, credit card transactions have become commonplace. Fraudsters constantly commit fraud and change their methods to avoid discovery since cashless transactions are so common. Credit card fraud includes illegal use, odd transactions, and dormant card transactions. Credit card breaches have increased drastically in recent years.

Our python-based Credit Card Fraud Detection System fights crime. It secures credit-card transactions for electronic payments. The proposed system used RFA to discover fraudulent transactions and their frequency.

One module—Admin—makes up our Python-based Credit Card Fraud Detection System. Admins must login to use the system. Two-factor login. Admin enters email and password. OTP is emailed to registered email address after entering.

The admin can check client details, generate payment links, and view fraudulent customers after logging in. The admin can access all users and their details in access Customers. After entering the amount and country, they can create the payment link.

After creating the Payment Link, customers must provide their Name, Phone number, Billing Address, Shipping Address, and CNIC number. After entering all this data and applying criteria, it will check whether the transaction is Completed, Under-Review, Declined, or Flagged. Payment is successful only if all rules are followed.
