Abstract:

The current social security system cannot provide transparent, distributed sharing, tamper-proof, traceable, consensus trust, and trustworthy services. They also have one point of control and failure. To address these issues, we propose a consortium blockchain-based social security informatization solution. This article describes business situations for three vital social security services. Online social insurance, assistance, and benefits applications. Our solution also integrates blockchain and Interplanetary File System (IPFS) storage systems to secure social security approval documents, photos, and videos. Traceability and access. The algorithm is implemented and tested in the smart contract, and it is used to automatically approve social security business to reduce manual review. Finally, our solution promotes online social security business processing and safe access and traceability of approval documents, photos, and videos compared to the current system.
