Abstract:
An job portal can range from big, generalist portals to specialized working groups for engineering, law, insurance, social work, education, and mobile app development.
Users can submit resumes for assessment by employers and recruiters, who can publish job openings and search for candidates. Niche job directories grow in supplying jobs and employees with more aims for candidates and employers. Our android-based Job Portal System will eliminate and decrease time for the right role. Communication between interested parties and speedy recruitment are goals.
Literature describes recruitment as examining job criteria, pooling qualified candidates, and recruiting the best-fit employee to obtain a competitive edge. Selection involves selecting the best applicant from a pool of competent individuals.
A employment portal provides recruiter and job seeker information online. Job portals assist recruiters and job seekers locate the perfect company. The job platform presents job seekers companies based on their education, experience, and preferences. And provides recruiters with relevant applicants from a pool of lacks.
The Job Portal System aims to connect companies and applicants. This project uses XML, Android-Java, and MSSQL for the front-end and back-end. The IDE is Android Studio.
