Secure Lab Access Using Card Scanner Plus Face Recognition

Abstract:

Society benefits from private or government-funded research labs’ security and confidentiality. A dual secure access system is recommended to verify and authorize personnel entering such facilities. This system uses biometrics and secure cards. These technologies aim to restrict building access to authorized users. The system first checks the person’s face against its database of authorized personnel. If the face matches, the user scans their card. Scanning the user’s face card grants access. The user is denied entry if any authentication fails.

Introduction:

Private or government-funded research labs’ security and confidentiality benefit society. A dual secure access system should verify and authorize personnel entering such facilities. biometrics and secure cards. These technologies limit building access to authorized users. The system first checks the face against its authorized personnel database. User scans card if face matches. Scannable face cards allow access. Authentication failure bars entry.

Objectives:

This project will create a dual-authentication lab access system using biometrics and secure cards. The system uses face recognition and card scanning to restrict access to research labs. These two authentication methods add security, reducing the risk of unauthorized access and breaches.

Project Details:

Biometric technology verifies staff identity in the secure lab access system. The system first checks if the face is authorized in its database. User authentication continues if face matches stored data. Scan your secure card into the system here. The system’s database links the user’s face to the card’s unique credentials. Access is granted after scanning the user’s face card.

The system uses advanced algorithms to recognize faces. It authenticates users by capturing and analyzing facial features. The card scanning mechanism also validates the user’s card, enhancing security.

Conclusion:

This project’s secure lab access system uses biometrics and secure card scanning for dual authentication. These technologies improve research lab security by restricting access to authorized personnel. The multi-stage authentication process prevents unauthorized entry, protecting sensitive research and strategic facilities. This dual-secure high-end security system can protect valuable research and confidentiality in private or government-funded research labs.
