Abstract:
We propose a unique system that links locals to Civil Administration Office high-ups. Registration creates a unique account in the system. Android users can file complaints by uploading images with descriptions and GPS coordinates.
He decides which Authority receives this Complaint. He will receive a complaint id to track it. In this system, an admin can add, edit, and delete authorities.
Admin can view all complaints but cannot change their status. Only complaints show him progress. Authorities will have their own login to view their complaints. Update the complaint progress.
