Abstract:
Reading is an unavoidable aspect of our daily lives, whether it’s a legal document’s seemingly interminable terms and conditions or an engaging eBook.
Reading anything requires our full concentration, making multitasking practically impossible. Long-term screen use also strains eyes. Python-based PDF to Text Converter and Translator converts PDF text to audio rapidly and correctly.
This program can read PDFs aloud and translate content into five languages. This technique also helps visually impaired and dyslexic people.
This project offers a user page where you sign up, log in, and submit a text-filled pdf.
Text is read by “PyPDF2.PdfFileReader” and converted to bytes. Text is extracted using “text.extractText()”. The googletrans library converts text into audio.
Language possibilities include English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, etc. The function “gTTS” plays audio.
