Abstract:
Performance reporting makes it easy to compare employee and corporate performance and engagement visually. You may support regions and people that need special focus by seeing which teams, supervisors, and employees are doing well.
Goal-setting, tracking, and collaboration in this web software gives modern employees the formal feedback they need. Employee goal tracking is straightforward with automated reminders and notifications for new comments, goal progression, and goal completion.
The admin will generate a new task for the manager with Task ID, Name, Days to Complete, and Stages. Admin may see all accomplished tasks and stage information. System lets admin analyze employee performance based on Manager Rating, Co-Worker Rating, and Task Milestone Achieved. All new tasks will be shown to managers for assignment to various employees. Update stage progress and end dates for each task.
When all phases are complete, the work will be shown with all its details and the manager can write a performance assessment for each employee. The rating will be auto-calculated and placed in the database Managers can modify and examine all added employee details. Employees can check their profiles after logging in.
Employees can view their assigned and previously assigned tasks and their status. Workers can review their past tasks and coworkers’ performance, and the rating will be automatically calculated and recorded in the database. Employees can view task details on a web portal. Managers and employees must verify account credentials to obtain passwords via mail if they forget them.
