Abstract:

Advanced technology makes patient data including name, personal information, and illness condition vulnerable and often violated. Patients’ EHRs are easily accessible to unauthorized parties including hackers. This imbalances data security and accessibility. Blockchain technology can help.

Our project, Medical Report Management & Distribution System on Blockchain, uses cryptography and decentralization to safeguard medical reports and give caregivers and doctors safe access to patient clinical data.

The suggested system balances data security and accessibility. The proposed EHR architecture allows doctors, patients, and caregivers securely store and retrieve medical data.

This Python-based project efficiently manages and distributes patient medical records. Hospital, Pharmacy, and Pathology Lab are its modules.

Hospital administrators can manage pharmacy, pathology, and patient data. Pharmacy can add and view patient bills. This system lets the Pathology Lab add and view patient reports.

In this project, the front end uses HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and the back end uses Dotnet. MSQL and Visual Studio are utilized.
