Abstract:
We propose a user-based website rating system. Websites will be judged on their authenticity, product delivery, and support. Users rate the website based on comments. The system uses user opinions to determine if the website is genuine. Opinion mining achieves system functionality.
We rank user comments using a database of sentiment-based keywords with positivity or negativity weights. The database contains fraud, genuineness, product delivery, and service meter keywords. These factors will rate the website.
System operation:
- The user can view and comment on admin-posted websites after logging in.
- User comments are visible.
- The website will be rated by user comments.
- Admins add websites and keywords to the database.
- So that system will match the comment with keywords in database and rate the website based on sentiment analysis.
- User can easily determine which website will deliver product on time. Helps find good support websites. This app helps online shoppers verify a website’s legitimacy.
