Abstract:

This project implements lossy compression video stenography. Users can transfer a lot of confidential data over insecure networks. This process uses BPCS bit-plane complexity segmentation data hiding and compressed wavelet technology.

Most wavelet-dependent video compression techniques, such as 3D and 2D set partitioning in hierarchical trees (SPIHT), convert wavelet variables in the processed wavelet transformed video data file to bit-planed form using a quantizer to create BPCS steno-data. This works for wavelet projects.
