Abstract:
The Online Charity Management System solves NGOs’ funding problems. This system helps find and manage donors. Admin, NGO, and Donor are its modules. The Admin module lets administrators log in, review NGO requests, and approve or reject them based on uploaded NGO documents. The system reports donated NGOs. Registered NGOs can upload documents and request donations. Admin-approved NGOs can login and connect with donors. Event and donation reports are also available. Donors can login and register easily. They receive donation requests from NGOs and can provide details after approval. Donors can view donation history.
Introduction:
Charity involves wealthy people helping the needy. Many NGOs struggle to raise funds. Donor requirements make donor acquisition difficult. Online Charity Management System addresses these issues. This system connects NGOs with potential donors to help them achieve their goals.
Objectives:
The Online Charity Management System simplifies donor search and donation management for NGOs. The centralized system with modules for administrators, NGOs, and donors aims to improve charity management efficiency, transparency, and accountability.

- Admin Module:Admin controls the system. Admins can log in and do many things:
- Reviewing and managing donation requests raised by NGOs.
- Approving or rejecting requests based on the verification of uploaded NGO documents.
- Generating reports on NGOs that have received donations.
- NGO Module: NGOs can sign up and create profiles. NGOs get these features after registration:
- Uploading necessary documents for verification by the Admin.
- Raising donation requests to various registered donors.
- Viewing a list of previous events and donation reports.
- Donor Module: Donors can easily register and login. Donor module features:
- Receiving notifications about donation requests raised by NGOs.
- Providing donation details upon approval of the request.
- Accessing information about the date of donation and viewing their donation history.
