Abstract:
Courier companies have extensive international networks. Couriers travel by airplane, ship, road, and distribution center. Even customers are aware of where their packages are. The customer can enter his courier number into a login to track his package.
A dedicated courier tracking system lets customers track their couriers. Every distribution channel—centre, airport terminal, rail, road—has an authorized system. Distribution points have logins.
Login requires entering a package that arrives. This data is directly uploaded to the main system, which now tracks the package’s location/status via internet connection. Customers can now track packages using server data. Enter your courier tracking number on the server.
The system displays the package’s last recorded status after entering the number. The user can track his package whenever needed. Every package should have a barcode so each point can scan it instead of manually entering the package number.
