Abstract:
Facial recognition technology benefits organizations and society. Facial recognition uses are expanding. Facial recognition apps are used to prevent cyberattacks, reduce false arrests, and diagnose genetic conditions.
Face authentication apps use cameras to detect facial features and store them in a database. This app uses Microsoft Cognitive Service Face API or Face Group Verification API and Firebase Realtime Database.
Microsoft’s Cognitive Service Group Verification API detects, recognizes, and analyzes facial features. Firebase Realtime Database provides secure client-side database access.
This android app has two modules: Add Facial Features and Recognize Faces. Users can use facial recognition after adding facial features using a camera and storing them in a database.
