Abstract:
We propose a doctor-patient management system that helps doctors and patients book appointments and track medical progress. Doctors can schedule appointments online. Patients can reserve slots online. The system handles doctor appointment data for multiple dates and times.
The doctor records a patient’s medical history in the database. Users can view their entire medical history when they log in next.
A doctor may also bore a patient with medical history. This enables an online automated patient doctor handling system. Organ donor module. This module registers and searches organ donors. The module aids urgent organ needs with quick searches.
Modules :
- Admin Login: Admin manages bookings.
- Login/registration: Users must register to login.
- Medical History: View and update patient medical history.
- Doctor Search: Search by name, category, or location.
- Check appointment availability by clicking on spaces.
- Online appointment booking: Users can choose a date and time.
- Automatic cost calculation: Based on the booking time, the system calculates the parking cost.
- Booking cancellation: Users can cancel bookings anytime by logging in.
- Email confirmation: When user confirms appointment and receives “thank you” email.
- User feedback: The system has a feedback form.
- Organ Donor Registration: The donor must register.
- Organ Donor Search: Search by organ type.
