Abstract:
Recent years have seen online reviews become more important in buying decisions. This helps purchasers learn a lot about the items or services from these reviews. Spammers may post fake reviews to boost or lower product quality. Spammers would mislead customers into bad decisions. Identifying bogus (spam) reviews is difficult.
A strong detecting model is needed to verify platform reviews. Our Monitoring and Deleting Fake Reviews of Online Products System helps people rapidly recognize spam reviews from diverse opinions and buy important products from a trustworthy source, saving time and effort.
This Python-based software helps businesses detect and remove bogus online product reviews. Admin and User modules are included. The admin can see user info. They can see product details and reviews. They can remove bogus reviews.
User registration is required to log in. Log in using credentials after registration. They can browse things to buy. Add desired items to cart. Payment is required to purchase the product. Customers can post reviews whether they liked the product or not.
The system will check the user’s IP address to verify the review. If the same IP Address sends a phony review multiple times, the system will notify the admin to remove it.
This project uses Python for the back end and HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for the front end. MySQL and Django are utilized for the framework.
