Abstract:
This project will detect client product interest and supply marketing or sales with the best or nearest product. So they may tailor promotions to customer needs. Customer relationship management is one of many ERP modules that market and recruit customers.
In Existing ERP System, sales professionals contact consumers and provide the best deals to promote sales, but contacting customers randomly will need more labor and no guaranteed revenue. Our proposal addresses this scenario.
The proposed algorithm evaluates client interest in a product based on past orders. The proposed method analyzes previous purchases to calculate client interest in products. The CRM department can use this outcome to contact clients depending on their interests, ensuring revenue.
Based on this outcome, system uses automated mail or IVR to contact customers. Data mining underpins this algorithm. This technique will boost firm productivity and profit. The system will target the proper customer. This system will help salespeople work less. The salesperson does not have to randomly contact and persuade them to buy.
