Abstract:

Matlab/Simulink was used to create the system that was under consideration; the findings demonstrate that the proposed method is effective and that it is possible to attain the desired outcomes with the experimental setup.

A battery, a fuel cell, and photovoltaic energy are the three types of energy sources that are involved in this research project, which focuses on the investigation of a system for the production of electrical energy.

It is via the regulation of each component that this hybrid manufacturing system is able to achieve its optimal performance. A multilayer inverter is also included in the hybrid system chain. This inverter enhances the quality of the energy that is pumped into the alternating load, which in turn lowers the harmonic rate.

An energy management algorithm is designed in order to reduce the variations of the load in order to optimize the power flow in the various areas of the production line. This goal is accomplished by optimizing the flow of power.

An experimental test bench is used to model and simulate a prototype, which is then modeled and simulated using Matlab or simulink. This allows for the analysis of our technique.
