Abstract:
Auditorium management software. It has everything an auditorium manager needs. An administrator account controls system functionality. Auditorium status and advance bookings are tracked.
A well-maintained database stores auditorium bookings, event details, and customer contacts. The system gui lets the administrator view auditorium bookings and times. The system also notifies of approaching events.
System features:
- Admin login and dashboard: The admin login approves or denies auditorium booking requests. Admin can add and remove notifications and updates.
- User Registration: New users can register by filling out a form.
- Booking System: User can book a date. The system then calculates the expected days’ cost.
- Approval/Denial: The system sends booking requests to admin account. Admin can view all requests and user details to approve or deny requests.
- Email Notification: The system will email customers about their booking request status. It also sends receipts.
