Abstract:
Drivers use the android app, while admins and parents use the web app. School bus drivers use this app. The system generates and stores driver IDs and passwords for admins to add new drivers. When the driver logs into the android app, his GPS location will be sent to the database.
After the driver logs in, the application automatically tracks his GPS location and stores it in the database every five minutes. GPS location is saved again when driver logs out.
This system monitors driver attendance. The admin registers a new student by entering his personal details and parent details, sending the parent a login id and password so they can track their children online. Admin can view and edit bus details.
