Abstract:

The defect tracking system tracks bugs. The tracking system has three modules: Administrator, Staff, and Customer. Administrators can connect to the app to enter staff, project, and customer bug information.

This bug tracking tool lets admins delegate tasks to workers, examine issue case flow progress, and send customer messages. Staff can use username and password to access the site. They can then see their assigned bugs.

His/her remedy can be given directly to clients or assigned to other personnel if the bug is connected. Currently involved users can examine bug case flow details. Customers log in to applications and the site with username and password.

He reports software bugs to the administrator with print screens. He/she can use the ticket number generated during new bug entry to view bug case flow, status, and remedy data at any time. This software can track bugs this way.
