Image Encryption Using AES Algorithm
Abstract:
Image Encryption Using AES Algorithm addresses the growing need for secure image storage and transmission. Digital images must be protected from unauthorized access and attacks due to the rapid development of multimedia technology, internet communication, and cell phones. We use the AES algorithm to conceal and secure images in this project. This encryption method protects image data from intrusion attacks.
Introduction:
Today’s digital world demands secure image transmission and storage. Internet communication, medical imaging, military applications, and multimedia platforms use digital images. Technology has increased image security risks. To combat such attacks, robust image encryption techniques are needed.
Objectives:
Image Encryption Using AES Algorithm aims to create a secure and efficient image encryption system. We use the AES algorithm to keep digital images secure during storage and transmission. This project aims to secure sensitive image data and reduce intrusion risks.
Project Details:
Key components and processes of the Image Encryption Using AES Algorithm project include:
- Image Encryption:Encrypting digital images uses the strong and reliable AES algorithm. Encryption scrambles image data, ensuring its privacy.
- Encryption Key Generation: Images are encrypted with a unique key. AES uses symmetric key encryption and decryption.
- Encryption Algorithm Implementation: Encryption uses AES. It resists attacks by transforming image data in fixed block sizes.
- Secure Image Transmission: Secure networks or storage protect the encrypted image. The encryption key prevents unauthorized parties from deciphering the image.
- Image Decryption: The same encryption key decrypts the encrypted image. This process decrypts data.
Conclusion:
Image encryption using AES Algorithm addresses the urgent need for secure image storage and transmission. AES can protect digital images from intrusion attacks and unauthorized access. This project improves the security of internet communication, medical and military imaging systems, and multimedia platforms. AES encryption protects digital images from threats in today’s interconnected world.
