Abstract:
Product quality testing is laborious. This system extracts product images and checks product quality. We will test biscuits here. Food quality is verified more. We shall suggest a computer-vision-based biscuit quality checker.
System detects cracked cookies. MATLAB, picture acquisition toolkit, and image processing tool will implement this system. User will enter biscuit image and use image processing to check for cracks. Due to external disturbance, we filter images several ways.
The system receives biscuit quality parameters. These parameters will identify cracked biscuits. Converting to grayscale. Grayscale image is digitized to 0 or 1 to create black-and-white image. Preprocessing will continue. We will test biscuit shape.If image is not in biscuit pattern, system will crack biscuit.
