Abstract:
Manually tracking staff and pupils using paper-based approaches is expensive and prone to errors. Colleges, universities, and educational institutes with a wide range of courses and a large student body cannot afford such irregularities.
Manual data logging makes it harder to arrange courses and track attendance. This Android-based staff scheduling solution addresses the issues faced by such institutions and institutes. Automation helps schedule lectures and track student attendance. This system helps with scheduling and organizes staff and student information by subject, making data retrieval easy.
A complete staff scheduling system, this program lets users add and schedule lectures, attendance, etc. This project has two users. which are Staff and Admin. Can admin login with database-stored ID? Personnel can be added or removed by admin using their name, email, phone number, and password. Choose the subject below. Similar to AI and ML.
Administrators can add course details with linked subjects in Course Details. Java coursework includes Core and Advanced Java. Add students with their app-listed names and courses under Add Student Record.
Schedule the subject by day of the week and time according to staff availability with staff names. then view the weekly schedule as an Excel sheet. Staff can now use the app. The staff can examine the admin-scheduled subject timetable (name, time). They can take subject-specific student attendance.
