Abstract:
We proposed an RGB-based fruit recognition system. System recognizes rare fruit colors. System identifies fruits by RGB range.
We pre-processed images for accuracy. System identifies RGB pixels and selects linked pixels. System counts connected pixels. User-uploaded fruit is detected by number of related pixels. We preprocess input photos in Matlab and apply color grading to find the best fruit match.
